¶1Appellant was indicted for manufacturing intoxicating liquor for beverage purposes, in violation of Act 39 of 1921 (Ex. Sess.) p. 42. The issue presented is the same as in the case of State v. Cleary (No. 25318) 92 South. 892.
¶2The conviction and sentence appealed from are affirmed.
