¶4PER CURIAM.

¶5The lower Court held that the Libelee was at fault in a collision between his boat and the boat of Libelant. Damages to the Libelant in the sum of $864.47 were awarded.

¶6A consideration of the evidence, briefs of counsel, and oral argument, convinces us that the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the lower Court are correct and that the same should be, and are hereby, approved and adopted.

¶7Affirmed.
