¶2I concur in the result. I adhere to my writing in Ex parte Ankrom, 152 So.3d 397, 430 (Ala.2013) (Shaw, J., concurring in part and concurring in the result), in which I explain that the word “child” in Ala.Code 1975, § 26-15-3.2, plainly and unambiguously refers to both born and unborn persons.
