154 Ga. 765

Casey v. Casey

Supreme Court of Georgia

Decided January 17, 1923

Supreme Court of Georgia · decided 1923-01-17

Decided 1923-01-17

Hill, J.

¶1The exceptions to the judge’s rulings on the admissibility of certain evidence during the trial of the case, and to certain charges of the court to the jury, and omission to charge, show no error. The evidence, though conflicting, is sufficient to authorize the verdict, and the court did not err in refusing a new trial.

¶2Judgment affirmed.

All the Justices concur.
