¶3I agree that the writ application should be denied. Both the trial court and the appellate court concluded that notice was lacking and the tax sale was subject to nullification.
¶4However, I agree with Judge Peters that this matter should be governed by the law on tax sales and not that of the posses-sory or petitory actions.
