U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2005-12-06

Applies 28 U.S.C. § 1915A · 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion · Decided 2005-12-06

*602 PER CURIAM:

¶1 Zakka Ali appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint under 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b) (2000). We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. See Ali v. Johnson, No. CA-05-332-2-RAJ (E.D. Va. June 15, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
