¶11. The court did not err in overruling the demurrer to the indictment.

¶22-. The. ground of the motion for a new trial complaining of a portion of the- charge of the court is without merit, for any reason assigned.

¶33. The evidence supports the verdict of guilty.

¶4Judgment affirmed.
