¶1The petitioner alleging ineffective assistance of appellate counsel is dismissed as successive. The petitioner is warned that any future filings deemed by this court to be successive, frivolous, abusive, or malicious may result in sanctions, including but not limited to a prohibition on any further pro se appearances before this court. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.410.
