Continuance <&wkey;3 — Court’s Failure to Dispose of Case During Term.</p> <p>The court’s failure to dispose of the ease during the term operated as a continuance, under the general order of continuance.</p> <p>2. Judgment <&wkey;272 — Entry After Term-Statute.</p> <p>Under Acts 1915, p. 707, after the expiration of the term, the trial court was without authority to enter judgment, unless the term was prolonged by order for an adjourned term, and the court, having- adjourned for the term at which trial was had, was without authority to enter judgment without another trial.</p>
