¶1Without passing on other points in the case, the judgment must be reversed on the ground that the court below erred in charging the jury that “ if the general character of a witness for truth is successfully impeached, you are bound to disregard.! the whole of his testimony.”
¶2Judgment reversed, and cause remanded for a new trial.
