¶2The issue upon which this Court reverses the revocation of Michael R. Par-due’s probation is moot. See Enfinger v. State, 123 So.3d 535, 539 (Ala.Crim.App.2012) (Windom, P.J., dissenting). Therefore, I respectfully dissent.
