¶1Order of the County Court of Queens county denying motion to punish judgment debtor for contempt affirmed, without costs, upon condition that within ten days after entry of order herein he go before the county judge and sign his deposition, upon two days’ notice to the attorney for the judgment creditor. In case of his failure so to do application for reargument may be made. No opinion. Jenks, P. J., Burr, Thomas, Rich "and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
