¶1DECISION
¶2The application of the above-named defendant for a review of the sentence of 6 years with 3 suspended for Second Degree Assault, imposed on November 1, 1973, was fully heard and after a careful consideration of the entire matter it is decided that:
¶3The sentence be and remain as originally imposed.
¶4We wish to thank John Forsythe for his assistance to the defendant and to this Court.
