KRUEGER, Judge.

¶1The conviction is for the possession of intoxicating liquor in a dry area for the *107purpose of sale. The punishment asseséed •is a fine of $100. ■ ■ :

¶2The record is before us without' a statement of facts or bills of exception. , Appellant entered a plea of guilty to the offense charged and waived a jury upon the trial. The indictment and all other matters of procedure appear to be in regular form.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
