¶1Affirmed and remanded with instructions that the trial court enter a written order consistent with its oral ruling, as memorialized in the court minutes dated May 31, 2013, pertaining to the finding of *790competency to proceed. See Francis v. State, 65 So.3d 108 (Fla. 5th DCA 2011).
¶2AFFIRMED and REMANDED.
