¶1Appellant was convicted of unlawfully carrying a pistol, and his punishment assessed at 30 days’ imprisonment in the county jail.
¶2The record before us contains neither a statement of facts nor any bills of exception, and under such circumstances no question is presented in the motion for a new trial we can review.
¶3The-judgment is affirmed.
