“In order to determine financial issues, the trial court must have personal jurisdiction based upon notice to and proper service on the defendant. * * * In a divorce proceeding, the trial court must have personal jurisdiction over a nonresident defendant in order to determine issues of spousal support and property division. * * * The trial court had no jurisdiction over Brigitte Collins in this case.
