KRUEGER, Judge.

¶1Appellant was convicted of an assault with an automobile and his punishment assessed at a fine of $30.

¶2The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception, in the absence of which nothing is presented for review.

¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
