¶1Appellant appeals from an order of the circuit court denying his motion for relief under Criminal Rule One, F.S.A. ch. 924 Appendix.
¶2The briefs and the record on appeal having been read and carefully considered and no reversible error having been made to appear the order appealed is affirmed.
