¶1Order modified by requiring plaintiff to serve a bill of particulars as required by order of Special Term entered August 6, 1914, and striking out the provision to preclude plaintiff from giving evidence, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to respondent, Ho opinion.
