¶1On June 5, 1964, the court issued an order entering judgment for plaintiff Burress reserving the amount thereof for determination in further proceedings. On November 27, 1964, the court adopted the report and recommendation of the trial commissioner filed November 20, 1964, and entered judgment for plaintiff Burress in the sum of $1,460.16 for the period December 1, 1951, through July 31, 1964, without prejudice to any claim of plaintiff for increased retired pay accruing after July 31,1964.
