¶1On April 17, 1964, the court rendered an opinion, 165 Ct. Cl. 470, holding that plaintiff was entitled to recover and entering judgment to that effect with the amount of recovery reserved pending further proceedings. On December 14, 1964, the court adopted a memorandum report and recommendation of the trial commissioner and entered judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $5,925.66.
