¶1This is an appeal from an order sustaining defendants’ motion to dismiss a complaint in an action at law, to-wit: ejectment. The order is “that defendants’ motion to dismiss the second amended complaint be granted.”

¶2The foregoing order is interlocutory and not a final judgment, and not appealable. Wherefore, the
