State v. Locklear

Court of Appeals of North Carolina

Decided December 20, 1972

Court of Appeals of North Carolina · decided 1972-12-20

Decided 1972-12-20

CAMPBELL, Judge.

¶1The defendant entered a plea of guilty to a bill of indictment charging him with armed robbery.

¶2The record supports the adjudication of the trial judge to the effect that defendant’s plea of guilty was freely, understanding^ and voluntarily made. No error appears in the record. We find and hold that defendant had a fair trial free from prejudicial error.

¶3No error.

Judges Brock and Graham concur.
