¶1In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. B, No. 472-217; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2009-K-1143.

¶2Denied. The trial judge indicated that she would revisit the issue in the rebuttal phase. Therefore, consideration of the issue at this stage is pre-mature. In the event of an adverse ruling after the defense rests, the State can seek review by supervisory writs.
