¶1Conviction for swindling ; punishment, two years in the penitentiary.
¶2The record is before this court without any statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment appears to be sufficient, and is followed by the charge of the court, the verdict of the jury, and the judgment and sentence.
¶3No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
