SYLLABUS BY THE COURT 1. AUTOMOBILES — <italic>Assumption Drivers Will Observe the Law.</italic> Absent knowledge to the contrary a person has a right to assume the driver of a vehicle will observe the law of the road and turn to the proper side thereof when approaching another vehicle situated on its proper side of the road. 2. SAME — <italic>Knowledge Driver Will Not Observe Law — Jury</italic> <italic>Question.</italic> Whether a person had knowledge the driver of a vehicle would not observe the law of the road, or in the exercise of reasonable diligence should have had such knowledge, presents a jury question whenever reasonable minds might differ on the subject. 3. SAME — <italic>Contributory Negligence — Judgment Non Obstante</italic> <italic>Veredicto.</italic> The record examined, considered and <italic>held:</italic> (<italic>a</italic>) Plaintiff's evidence did not establish his contributory negligence as a matter of law and defendant's demurrer thereto was properly overruled; and (<italic>b</italic>) defendant was not entitled to judgment <italic>non obstante veredicto.</italic>
