¶1DECISION
¶2The application of the above-named defendant for a review of the sentence of 50 years for Attempted Burglary imposed on April 19th, 1976, was fully heard and after a careful consideration of the entire matter it is decided that:
¶3The sentence be and remain as originally imposed.
¶4We wish to thank Paul B. Smith, Public Defender, for his assistance to the defendant and to this court.
