¶1DECISION
¶2The application of the above-named defendant for a review of the sentence of 20 years with 10 years suspended for Aggravated Assault imposed on April 7th, 1976, was fully heard and after a careful consideration of the entire matter it is decided that:
¶3The sentence be and remain as originally imposed.
¶4We wish to thank Urban J. Bear Don’t Walk, Attorney, for his assistance to the defendant and to this court.
