¶2I concur in the opinion and judgment. However, I take note that the majority opinion did not pass upon the right of the respondent to an open and public hearing in the event the Grievance Committee shall find probable cause and the matter is referred to a referee for trial.’ By way of caveat, it is my view that under such circumstances, and if requested by him the respondent would be entitled as a matter of right to a public hearing before such re'f-eree.
