¶1Appellant was given a sentence of three-years upon his plea of guilty before the court without a jury, and from it brings-this appeal.
¶2The record is before us without statement of facts or bills of exception. The-proceeding appears to be regular in every way.
¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
