¶1In a proceeding for leave to serve a late notice of claim pursuant to Court of Claims Act § 10 (6), the claimant appeals from an order of the Court of Claims (Rossetti, J.), dated December 20, 1989, which denied his application.
¶2Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs, for reasons stated by Judge Rossetti in the Court of Claims. Thompson, J. P., Brown, Fiber and Harwood, JJ., concur.
