¶1On April 16,1965, the court rendered an opinion, 170 Ct. Cl. 281, 344 F. 2d 370, holding that the plaintiff was entitled to recover, with the amount of recovery reserved for further proceedings. On December 10, 1965, the court adopted the recommendation of the trial commissioner and entered judgment for plaintiff in the sum of $35,000.
