¶1This case was consolidated with Perry v. State of Florida, 174 So.2d 55, decided this day, for the purpose of consideration, conference and disposition. The conclusions reached in that case cover the issues Tiere.
¶2The judgment appealed from should, accordingly, be affirmed in accordance with the opinion in Perry v. State.
