¶1— Judgment unanimously affirmed with costs. Memorandum: In the circumstances of this case, the trial court’s distribution of the parties’ marital assets was not inequitable nor an abuse of discretion (see, Arvantides v Arvantides, 64 NY2d 1033).

¶2We have examined defendant’s other contentions and find them to be without merit. (Appeal from Judgment of Supreme Court, Monroe County, Curran, J. — Divorce.) Present — Callahan, J. P., Doerr, Green, Pine and Lowery, JJ.
