PER CURIAM.

¶1Represented by the Public Defender, Sam Willie Washington was tried by jury and found guilty of the crime of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony. He was adjudged guilty and sentenced to five years imprisonment.

¶2We have reviewed the record in the light ■of the points presented. Reversible error not having been shown the judgment of •conviction is hereby affirmed.

¶3Affirmed.
