¶1Order modified so as to direct that the receiver pay the net rents collected before the order of January 11, 1916, to Manheimer and the February rents to respondents, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Jenks, P. J., Thomas, Carr, Stapleton and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
