¶1Appellant was given a sentence of four years in the penitentiary upon his plea of guilty to the theft of property over the value of $50.
¶2The record is before us without bills of exception and statement of fact. The procedure is regular. There is nothing for our consideration.
¶3The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
