¶1Mandamus for $1,918.72, for salary for relator and two others. Judgment for defendants, and relator appealed.
¶2They had all fully served their appointed terms, and were merely holdovers when they were dropped. The case of State ex rel. Rife v. Hawes, reported at page 360 of this volume, applies to this case. The judgment of the circuit court is for the right party, and it is affirmed.
