Kimmons v. State

¶1The amended petition seeking a belated appeal of the order in Escambia County Circuit Court case numbers 03-4007 and 03-4008 rendered on or about December 30, 2013, treating petitioner’s petition for writ of habeas corpus as a motion for postconviction relief and denying same, is granted. Upon issuance of mandate, a copy of this opinion shall be furnished to the clerk of the lower tribunal for treatment as a notice of appeal.
