Slupkowski v. Eternick

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided May 3, 2006

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2006-05-03

Applies 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996)

Decided 2006-05-03

¶1Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. See Local Rule 36(c).

PER CURIAM:

¶3Stanley A. Slupkowski appeals the district court’s order dismissing as frivolous his 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (2000) petition. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Slupkowski v. Eternick, No. CA-05-214-5-BO (E.D.N.C. May 26, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
