Hargett v. Jackson

U.S. Courts of Appeals

Decided May 4, 2006

U.S. Courts of Appeals · decided 2006-05-04

Applies 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (Civil Rights Act of 1871 / Section 1983 (Ku Klux Klan Act))

Decided 2006-05-04

¶1Affirmed by unpublished PER CURIAM opinion.

¶2Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit. See Local Rule 36(c).

PER CURIAM:

¶3Charles Franklin Hargett, Jr., appeals the district court’s order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) complaint. We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm for the reasons stated by the district court. See Hargett v. Jackson, No. CA-04-392-BO (E.D.N.C. Nov. 1, 2005). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
