¶1The appellant has appealed and is citing as authority the case of Sebastian v. State, *751Fla.App.3, 1964, 162 So.2d 706. However, since this appeal has been filed, our Supreme Court has handed down an opinion in the same case under the style of State v. Sebastian, February 17, 1965, 171 So.2d 893, which reverses the earlier opinion.
