THIBODEAUX, Chief Judge.

¶1For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of State v. Henry, 15-321 (La.App. 3 Cir. 11/12/15); 178 So.3d 1134, 2015 WL 7074749 the judgment of the trial court is reversed and this case is remanded for a new trial. Defendant Latracus Henry’s sentence is, therefore, vacated and set aside.

¶2REVERSED AND REMANDED.
