¶1It appearing that the clerk of the lower tribunal has complied with petitioner’s re*550quest for documents, the petition for writ of mandamus is DISMISSED as moot. If the response was in' some way incomplete, as petitioner suggests is the case, this disposition is'without prejudice to petitioner filing a legally sufficient request with the lower tribunal specifying the additional documents he seeks.
