““This Act shall apply only to common sources of supply of oil, oil and gas, or gas distillate in this State. “The provisions of this Act shall not apply to any common source of supply of oil, oil and gas, or gas distillate or any part or parts thereof which at the effective date of this Act are being operated by or under pressure maintenance, repressuring, or secondary recovery methods or operations,' provided, that nothing contained in this Act shall prevent the voluntary inclusion and extension of areas in which are located such existing pressure maintenance, re-pressuring, or secondary recovery methods or operations as unit areas under the provisions of this Act.
