¶1Dissenting Opinion by

Wright, J.:

¶2In my opinion, there was sufficient evidence in this case to support the jury’s verdict that appellant was guilty of an attempt to commit the offense described in Section 718 of the Penal Code. Her conduct went beyond mere preparation. I would affirm upon the opinion of Judge Morrow for the court en banc.
