¶1There is no evidence, in the record before us, that the appellant, Chester D. Walters, authorized or ratified the compromise and settlement, enforced by the final judgment from which this appeal is taken. For this reason, and this reason only, the judgment of the Court below is reversed, with directions to proceed to the trial of the cause
