¶1In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injury sustained in an automobile accident by Mary Barbieri who, pending this appeal died from causes unrelated to the accident, the defendant appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 18, 1961, after trial, upon a jury’s verdict in favor of the said Mary Barbieri. Judgment affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Beldock, P. J., Kleinfeld, Christ, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
