¶1We have carefully reviewed the record and find no prejudicial error. Defendant was charged in an indictment, proper in form; he was represented by competent counsel; and he was given an opportunity to present evidence and cross-examine witnesses. The trial court’s charge to the jury fairly presented the case, and the sentence imposed is within the statutory limits.
¶2Defendant received a fair trial, free from prejudicial error.
¶3No error.
